Robert R. Aderhold, MD, FACS, is a board-certified general surgeon, born in Moultrie, GA. A graduate of The University of Georgia and Mercer University School of Medicine, he completed an internship and residency at The University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Chattanooga, TN. He returned to Southwest GA in 2007 as a practicing surgeon for Surgical Associates of Albany, PC until joining Albany Surgical, PC in 2013.

Price Corr, Jr., MD, FACS is a board certified general surgeon, born in Albany, Georgia who returned home to practice in 1982. He was a founding partner of Albany Surgical, P.C. in 1986. A graduate of The University of Georgia and The Medical College of Georgia, he completed a residency in general surgery in 1982. He practiced as a solo general and vascular surgeon until joining Dr. Chris Smith and Dr. Grey Rawls in 1986.

Christopher C. Smith, MD, FACS is a board certified general surgeon that has practiced in Albany since 1983. A native of Tifton, Georgia, Dr. Smith earned a B.S. degree from the the University of Georgia, and then earned Medicine doctorate degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta.

John “Buck” Davis Jr. MD., FACS is a board certified general surgeon who joined Albany Surgical, P.C. in 2007 after relocating his practice from Americus, Georgia. Dr. Davis was born in Lexington, Kentucky. He received a B.A. in Zoology with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill then attended the University of Kentucky College of Medicine where he received his degree Doctor of Medicine with high distinction in 1983.
Jason M. Langer
Jason M. Langer, DO
Jason M. Langer, DO, was born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania. He attended the University of Pittsburgh where he earned a B.S. in Biology, B.A. in Philosophy as well as a minor in Chemistry. His medical training was done at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his 5-year surgical residency training in Detroit, Michigan at Beaumont Farmington Hills Hospital in affiliation with Michigan State University.
Being the oldest of 3 siblings Dr. Langer enjoys family gatherings and spending time with his wife, Amanda, and their 2 rescue dogs, Eerie and Poe. He also enjoys golf, football (Go Steelers!) and both playing and watching ice hockey (Go Penguins!).
He offers the latest in surgical techniques including but not limited to, minimally invasive surgery, robotics, gastrointestinal surgery, breast surgery, hernia repair, and endoscopy. Dr. Langer is excited to be a member of the Albany Surgical team as well as the Albany community at large.
A. Cullen Richardson
A. Cullen Richardson, III, MD, FACS
A. Cullen Richardson III, MD is a board-certified general surgeon and a 5th generation physician in Georgia, where his family has lived for over 200 years. He was born in Macon and raised in Atlanta with deep family roots in south Georgia.
He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and Pacific Lutheran University. He is an AOA honor graduate of the Medical College of Georgia. He completed 5 years of Residency training at Southwestern Medical School at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas. He has been a practicing general surgeon in Albany for 34 years.
He is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the Georgia chapter of the ACS, the Georgia Surgical Society, Parkland Surgical Society, Dougherty County Medical Society, and the Medical Association of Georgia.
After 34 years of active practice, he has stopped major surgery and hospital work. This has allowed him to spend more time evaluating people's problems that might need either medical treatment or surgery. There are many issues that require medical treatment for which surgeons are experts at treating. He is offering an improved hemorrhoid treatment in the office that has minimal discomfort. He will continue to do varicose vein surgery in the office as well as various skin bumps, lumps and cancers.
He has been married for 41 years, with 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren. He is an active member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church. When not at work, he can be found digging holes in his garden .
He is a proud veteran of the United States Army, enlisted E-5, during the Vietnam era.
