Robert R. Aderhold, MD, FACS

Originally from Moultrie, Georgia, Dr. Robert R. Aderhold brings extensive experience in minimally invasive and advanced general surgical care to the residents of Southwest Georgia. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia before receiving his medical degree from the Mercer University School of Medicine. He then went on to complete his comprehensive surgical residency at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Chattanooga.
Dr. Aderhold returned to his home region in 2007 to serve the community he knows so well, officially joining the Albany Surgical team in 2013. Patients frequently note his calm, approachable demeanor and his innate ability to make complex medical situations easily understandable. His philosophy of care centers on ensuring that every patient feels completely informed, supported, and confident before entering the operating room.

A native of Albany, Georgia, Dr. J. Price Corr Jr. returned home in 1982 upon the completion of his rigorous surgical residency training, driven by a definitive goal: to provide world-class, accessible surgical care to his hometown and the broader South Georgia community.
Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Corr has cultivated vast clinical expertise across general surgery, complex gastrointestinal procedures, surgical endoscopy, and minimally invasive techniques. As a founding partner of Albany Surgical, his steadfast leadership and high clinical standards have been foundational in shaping the practice into the region’s most trusted and enduring outpatient surgical group.

Dr. John “Buck” Davis Jr. provides comprehensive general surgical care with an uncompromised focus on patient safety, meticulous technique, and individualized treatment planning. Recognized by both peers and patients for his thoughtful, warm, and highly approachable style, Dr. Davis prioritizes open dialogue to ensure patients feel like active partners in their own care.

Born and raised right here in Albany, Georgia, Dr. Scott D. Holt is deeply passionate about ensuring that local patients have access to exceptional, modern surgical care without the need to travel far from home. He completed his undergraduate studies in biology at Valdosta State University, earned his medical degree from the Mercer University School of Medicine, and completed his formal surgical residency at the University of South Carolina.
Dr. Holt’s practice is defined by a strong emphasis on patient education, compassionate communication, and a patient-first clinical outlook. He focuses extensively on minimally invasive surgical modalities to promote quicker, more comfortable healing. Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Holt enjoys embracing outdoor life in South Georgia, golfing, scuba diving, and spending quality time with his family.

With more than three decades of dedicated clinical practice, Dr. A. Cullen Richardson III has had the unique privilege of caring for multiple generations of families throughout South Georgia. As a fifth-generation Georgia physician, he carries a profound, deep-rooted commitment to the ideals of personalized medical care, traditional clinical integrity, and community service.
Dr. Richardson’s diverse practice spans both complex outpatient surgeries and specialized office-based procedures. His clinical focus includes advanced treatments for hemorrhoids, the removal of complex skin lesions, and targeted vein treatments for varicose and spider veins. Patients highly value his experience-driven insights, exceptional attention to detail, and unhurried, individualized approach to medicine.
