Meet Dr. Holt

Scott D. Holt, MD was born and raised in Albany, GA. He received his bachelor’s degree in biology from Valdosta State University. He attended medical school at Mercer School of Medicine. He completed his general surgery residency in Columbia, South Carolina at The University of South Carolina. Dr. Holt joined Albany Surgical in 2021.

He and his wife, Brittany, met in middle school and later became high school sweethearts. They have been married for eleven wonderful years and have two beautiful children, Abagail and Grayson.

During his free time, Dr. Holt enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, scuba diving, and deer hunting.
